"I have completed all my certifications needed to obtain my optician license, and my success can be attributed to the classes I took from Andrew Bruce. After taking 3 private classes, via zoom, I was able to pass the ABO practical. I believe the classes provided me some added knowledge that I was not getting by studying on my own, and they instilled a level of confidence for attacking the exam. Then, for the NCLE written exam, I reached out to Andrew and he apprised me of a 9-week course he was teaching that was sponsored by VSP's “UUniversity”. I found it very helpful; it helped clarify a lot of the concepts on contact lenses, resulting in me passing in August of 2021. I proceeded to take the NCLE practical exam, in November of the same year, but was unsuccessful. So, once again, I reached out to Andrew for some private instruction, which, as before, was well worth the time and expense; I successfully passed in February of 2022. I would definitely recommend prospective students to consider taking his classes to augment their personal self study program." - David W.
